About

I am a general practitioner who completed my training with the Royal Australian College of GP in 2016 and have been working in western australia since then, in general practice. I graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2011, with my Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. Prior to that, I was working as a sports physiotherapist both in private practice and teaching students at Curtin University.

Most medical conditions that arise can be attributed to lifestyle choices that can be simply changed. These include areas such as nutrition, sleep, exercise, mood and stress. Evidence now points towards making changes to these areas as a primary focus towards maintaining and improving good health.

The aim of this website is to focus on how these changes can be made in one’s lifestyle by providing information and tips to improve one’s day to day living.
